Wink hidden license plate?

i saw this on a 34 ford street rod the other day. it was a vacume set up that when the car started the licesne plate folded down and when it shut off the plate went back up out of site. since i am going to be doing a roll pan on my truck i want to do this some how. does anyone know of a place that sells these kits or something like it? or am i going to have to find a way to build my own? i have seen the ones with the air from the air ride pushing it up and down threw the bed, but since i don't have air ride that will not help..... any info will be great
thanks~ micheal

Look in the street rodder mags, I think I saw this for sale in one about 5 years ago...maybe longer.
Is this a driver? If so there will be some legal things to look at.

I was actually thinking of when you park it on the street and run into the speed shop to grab something for it...the meter maid (do they still have them) sees no tags...
just a thought.
