can someone help got red pink purple black 2 tan wires dont know where they go

dash or underhood? it almost sounds like the ignition switch to me

sounds like the wires that went to the stock plug on the back of the dash..........

Is the dash plug still there?

Are these wires on the dash side?

What year of truck?

Sounds like amybe the ignition switch. Is the plug on it for the key switch? How big are the wires, 12ga, 14ga? Need more info, and a pic if possible....

I have a pigtail for the ignition switch you can have if you pay postage. It has about 6 inches of wire and the plug on it. Let me know your zip and I'll figure out shipping.
