I'm thinking I am going to do something like this, with some sheetmetal on the inside of the arc to keep water and junk from getting on my engine. In my opinion I think it looks cleaner than the stock ones with weird looking humps on the tops of them.

I just looked at both threads..the problem I still have my heater/A/C box so I need to see some of those....

You can pie cut and stretch them. I did it only enough so I could cut my hinges and they still work. I could probably go more if I used a different hinge. Not completely done yet, in the picture. Its a lot of work but I like the stock looking inner fenders.
