i like the way lolife99 and mondo's trucks are sitting.

did you guys have to c-notch the rear frame and use an adjustable panhard bar?

yep & yep... pretty much the whole package of springs, spindles, rear shock relocators, shorter shocks, adj pan hard, C notch & upper A Arms for lowered trucks (less camber/ more castor).
Buying a whole kit from ECE, CCP or others is really the way to go. Drop spindles means disc brakes... more $$$ for early trucks. Very nice when done though.
