It looks like about 2 1/2 hr ride, not too bad. Do you have any other pictures? You could e-mail to hei@goes.com Thanks Bob

Those are the only pics I got right now Bob. All I can tell you is it's a good all around solid bed that is not a rot box...yet. If it just sits out in the snow for a couple more seasons then forget it. It is by no means a bed you would want to use on a show truck or frame off restoration (I mean you could if you're a master fabrictor or metal guy). But if you are looking to replace a bed that is rotting off the frame or have a stack body that you want to turn back into a regular looking pick up then this is a great donor bed. I hope my discription helps!

I might be able to snap a couple more pics on Sunday, what specific areas would you want pics off?

Thanks,

Neil

Could you get a picture of the drivers side? How are the cross rails? Is there any bondo in it? Thanks Bob

Bob, like I said there's a minor dent in the upper corner of the drivers side and somewhere along the line paint was spilled on it but the drivers side is the most solid panel on the bed. No bubbling yet. Also, I looked under the bed at the cross rails and all of them are still solid. Actually barely any surface rust from what I could see. NOT ROTTED OUT! I can't take pics cause I'm not crawling under there in the mud and snow. Trust me it's worth the ride to come and view it, I wouldn't waste your time, I call it as I see it.

Re: 1/2 Ton SWB Fleetside 6' Bed

Bob I bought some headers from patsfan today and looked at the bed, definitely worth the trip, the only problem areas on it are pictured. And Neil I can't find that guys number, he probably had mostly 68 stuff anyway. I'll let you know if he posts another craigslist ad. Good meeting you.
