A friend on another forum is trying to ID this cap and hopefully get a matching set. Does anyone recognize it?

That's an early style Rally center cap. It bolts on from the back, rather than from the front. I think they used that type of cap up to 77 or so, then changed to the center cap that is a lot more common.
