For the money it looks like a good deal but Vallejo is right on the Bay. (Saltwater=rust)

from someone who grew up in Vallejo and Benicia, unclewatts is dead wrong.... granted, that area is located next to water, you have napa river (fresh water) and the sacrament/delta water, (again fresh water) merging with the bay at Vallejo.
There is little threat of salt water or rust due to salt water for a truck living in Vallejo or Benicia unless you are parking on the boat ramps...

That is a decent looking truck and that is cheap if it does not have to many issues...
