tire size

From the pic, you'll see that I need new tires. Currently on the truck are 235-65R16 tires. I was going to go with 235-70R16 tires. 16 in rims, not 16.5.

Is this a good size or can/should I go a bit bigger? Thanks for the help with this.

Re: tire size

By bigger, do you mean wider? Or taller? I'm running 265/75 16's. They're about 10.5"s wide and 32"s tall on stock suspension with plenty of room. Looks like a 3/4 ton truck. Are the size yer running now rated for your truck? (meaning load range?)

Re: tire size

Thanks for the reply PJ.

Well, I guess I meant both. So the 265/75 16s might work well on mine.

Yep, it's a 3/4 ton. In fact, mine too is a Custom Camper.

You know, I haven't even seen the truck in person. I'm guessing those tires are NOT rated correctly. haha.

Are there any brand/make/style tires you'd recommend?
