Brainstorming a bit...

So I'm thinking of getting some sort of pickup this year. I'm just trying to decide in which direction to go with it. The truck will be used for hauling car parts, towing muscle cars on a 16 ft trailer and carrying various landscaping supplies along with firewood. The Dually flatbeds would be fun, mainly because they seem to be inexpensive and simple to work on. The other choice would be a conventional pickup, definitely a V8. Decisions, decisions... what do you think?

Honestly, if I had my druthers....this is what I'd get to do the chores you speak of.

Re: Brainstorming a bit...

well..if your handy with tools and fab work...maybe 1 of those 1 ton dually campers. like that 72 someone posted. remove the camper and stick a flat bed on,put a big block in it...and your set.make a set of stake side rails for hauling wood and such. if ya want to build it..if not, maybe something newer in a current flatbed or crewcab truck.

I like the camper idea, an 8.1L would suit something like that great. The only down side is having to fill in that huge hole in the back of the cab.
