 congrats on the dealings Trav. i woulda done the same. just think of the leverage you'll have on the next project!! I can hear it now "Honey, i just sold 2 beautiful trucks in order to get us in this new house. Dont ya think its my turn?" btw, (after you get settled down) whats next?
