Smile interchange parts for 84 2wd suburban

Hi I have an 84 Suburban and I am looking for some good sources for interchangeable parts lists. Can any one help me. Specifically changing for the tailgatre configuration to a barn door style area. Also which model and make trucks/suburban bench seats will fit without making auterations? Thanks

I don't have much Suburban experience, but I think Suburbans never really changed through the years. Rear seats were identical 78-85 & middle seat was 74-87.

spiderjr,
Welcome to the site. Order a free catalogue from www.lmctruck.com. Order the truck and suburban catalogues. You'll find all kinds of interchangeble parts. I'm going to use Suburban front A-arms and sway bar when I rebuild the font end on my truck.

The tailgate to barn door conversion has been done but I've never seen one. I'm sure it will take some pretty crafty welding and cutting. Someone asked the same question a while back.

Are the Suburban A-Arms beefier? I know that sway bar would help a ton! I'm going to go get one from a 3/4 ton 91 Suburban at the junkyard.
