LMC exhaust kit
Has anyone gotten this kit from LMC? http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cb/full.aspx?Page=117 the one on the top of the page. It says it will bolt right up to stock exhaust manifolds, so will it bolt to my 90* ram horns? or does it only bolt to the 45* ram horns or does it bolt to the rear dump stock manifolds? Just curious if anyone knows. Thanks, Dan

Re: LMC exhaust kit
i think ive figured it out. i didnt notice there was different kits for 2wd and 4wd. so the 4wd ones would be for the strait down 90* ram horns, and the 2wd kit would be for the angled back 45* ram horns.... so even though my truck is a 2wd im going to want the 4wd kit because i have 90* strait down ram horns. Right? i dont see why a 4wd kit wouldnt fit a 2wd being i have 4wd exhaust manifolds. feel free to chime in anyone

Re: LMC exhaust kit
I think that the other thing of note would be that the 4x4 engine sits 2" further back in the engine compartment, which may lead to some unforeseen issues when it comes to routing the pipes.

Re: LMC exhaust kit
I installed the kit using the 45 degree rams and then, later, moved the engine back to the aft mounts and there was plenty of adjustment to make it fit properly. I am quite happy with the kit.

Re: LMC exhaust kit
I have the kit and love it. The fitment was great and US made. I bought the short-bed kit with OEM style outlets and cut it down to fit my Blazer.

Re: LMC exhaust kit
the 4wd sitting back 2 inches more wont be a problem, ill have to cut the pipes a little shorter anyways because they are all made for long boxes, so ill compensate for the 2'' when i cut it back. so i think ill order the 4wd kit, unless anyone else can tell me a reason why it wont work? Thanks, Dan
