Tailgate band
i just picked up the narrow tailgate band, was looking for the old thread on it someone posted one on there that was polished out that looked like chrome, wanted to know how that was done what did they use, is it someones on here??

If you have a bench grinder, you should pick up some polishing buffs and rouges. Start coarser and work your way down. If no bench grinder, they make smaller buffs and I have used them on a grinder. Either way, you could have a mirror like finish in under an hour.
That's what I would do anyway.

I have a grind, stands, and some wheels and compounds you can use...
