Acid Trip

Ha,not quite what ya'll expected.I bought some muriatic acid today to try to clean parts with and man it's no joke!!I almost destroyed my dust shields with it.It stripped them all the way down though!!Could I use this to redo my grille with too?Any other suggested uses.or anything you know works better?

My buddy tried to clean some pot metal (door handle I think) to rechrome it, all that it left was a little of the chrome. It ate the whole damn thing! Be careful what you use it on!
