Re: my new 68 bb
the camaro had some filler and needed it fixed, it was a clean car dont get me wrong but not pefect. the body on this truck is done right and the pictures really dont do it justice i think. but i still had trouble gettin rid of the camaro trust me.... you could eat off its engine if you desired

Re: my new 68 bb
oh and it wasnt a true z28 by the way, and that orange camaro is what some might call "nasty". if i could have both i would have but im in the marines and cant really afford that on my salary. keep the input coming after looking at others with bumpers im starting to like it more and more

Re: my new 68 bb
The problem with comparing the truck and the car is it's a case of apples and oranges. Some people prefer the Camaro but, as is evidenced by this very site, there's an awful lot of truck people out there! I like them both!
Same thing with the bumpers, some people like bumpers and others like the roll pans. I don't like roll pans and I've always thought the bumpers provided about the right amount of "flash" for these trucks. Same thing with the wheels...some one started a thread about "black wheels"...yuck! I don't like black wheels on our trucks and I don't like them on the newer trucks. Oh well, just playing the 's advocate!!

Re: my new 68 bb
I like bumpers too but if you leave the roll pans the truck needs to be closer to the ground for sure. Roll pans are more of an aero look and that doesn't play out if the truck is 2 feet off the ground. I'd lose the rain gaurds too.
Looks like a real nice truck though. |
