1969-72 2wd to 4wd

Been looking for some help through all the threads and have really not found what I am looking for. Hope you can help. I currently have a 1972 LWB 4wd truck with a completly rusted out frame. I also have a 1969 LWB 2wd truck in good shape. I would like to know what it would take or if it is even possible to take my 4wd suspension and put in on the 2wd frame. I know some modification is in order to make it happen but will the dementions work? And is it even worth it? Keep in mind that currently the 1969 has coil rear springs and the 1972 is leaf springs.

Yes, you can swap all the brakets over to the 2wd frame. The rear of the frame has a bit of a diferant shape where the coils sit, but it will still work fine. The engine x menber will need to be swaped, and the parking brake dimples in the 2wd frame will need to be flatend out. Otherwise it bolts together.
