I am converting my truck from 3 spped manual to auto tranny and just got the cpp trans member. Only problem is I have no idea where to bolt it up. I know it sits further back in the frame then the manual crossmember. I see the spot where I think it should go but the bolt holes in the frame and in the crossmember don't line up. Anyone got pics of where it should go?

It goes wherever the rear tranny mount on the tailpiece allows it to properly secure to the tranny and land on the frame rails. It is doubtful that you will not need to drill new holes. The existing holes do not determine where the crossmember lands.

I agree.....those aftermarket crossmembers aren't designed to bolt right into the factory frame holes, you'll have to drill new holes. If you had a factory trans crossmember it would likely line up with the frame holes.

I set mine with the engine and trans in place, just measure to make sure it was equal on both sides and in the middle at the mount then drill and bolt.
