Re: Meet me and my TRUCK

When i bought my 77 chevy wrecker it had a big gigantic obnoxious bumper on the front that someone had welded 9 1 inch thick steel plates behind. it made all the difference in the world with heavy stuff. i didnt have to think about towing anything even with the original worn out rear springs. Was going to get air bags for it but never got around to it before i sold it. most of the best prices for tow equipment are online. especially lockout tools etc. i have used about every kind of lock out tool there is and at this point will only buy certain things.

Re: Meet me and my TRUCK

The best advice i can give when it comes to towing. MAKE THE TRUCK PAY FOR ITS OWN TOYS. Dont get into your own pocket and dig a hole you will never get out of it. Tow trucks tend to be needy from time to time. I can steer ya to what to buy and from who. Theres a lot of junk and generally you get what you pay for.

Welcome Bail.......The General Discussion section here isn't as fun here as the Misk on ISSF. But this is great site with tons of info and a large member base.

Nice site ! Ive been in the business over 25 years, on and off as a full time thing. The last several years ive been doing it full time which allows me to take care of family as my wife is undergoing a second round with cancer, and my parents are elderly. Ive done towing and construction as well as insurance investigations. Im in NYC so most of my clientelle has been through word of mouth and I work for several process serving companies and about fifteen private attorneys.
If i can ever help you out up here for any reason dont hesitate to give me a PM, and if anyone asks me about someone in NC ill be glad to forward it to you .
How are the foreclosures down there? its alot of my serves here these days
We ought to swap stories with some of the services weve done lol ive had some doozies.
