Driveshafts for BBC powered longbox?

I was wondering what driveshaft(s) you faster guys are using for longboxes? I'm stepping up to a .040 over 454 this year from my mild smallbock and was wondering what U joints and steady bearing you guys are running? Has anybody just went with a custom 1 piece driveshaft? As well, what pinion angle were you running?
