Pulleys not lining up!

Last MAJOR issue.

My pulleys are not lining up.

The bottom has the standard cast PS pump grooves and then a two groove pancake pulley for the AC?

The water pump pulley has a little wider divider in it and seems to not line up with the crank pulley.

The AC needs two belts, but I can not see how to run that at this time.

Anyone got any ideas?

I have much higher resolution shots I can send to an email.
Application is a 67 327 with AC, PS, and short water pump.

Thanks,
Mike

Re: Pulleys not lining up!

What kind of heads?
Headers or rams?
Better pictures of the bracket set up would help.

In your PS picture, what is up with all the washers on the adjuster stud?

Re: Pulleys not lining up!

Using rams this is a 4x4.
The altenator attaches to the front of the rams.

Have the washers on there for now until things start to line up, then I will make a proper spacer.
I don't feel the PS pump is the problem, since the crank and WP do not line up, and are off about 1/2".
Was hoping someone might have part numbers off their pulleys to compare and maybe measure.

Re: Pulleys not lining up!

Looks like he was trying to shim the PS pump out.

Are your PS brackets correct?

Re: Pulleys not lining up!

Is your balancer far enough on the crank?
