Trim rings for rally's

Where do you all buy new trim rings? Lmc wants $90-$100 for a set, I think thats a bit much. I have a couple that I got from the local parts store but they dont quite fit the same as GM's and they dont look the same either.

I called both LMC and Classic Parts, one told me they had reproductions and the other told me they had OEM style rings but I don't recall which was which. Whatever one told me they had OEM rings, I bought them and they were the rings you've seen that flare out instead of in on the inner lip. I sent them back.

jdurant had a good looking new set so I PM'd him about them. Astro van rings. Available new on ebay for about $40 a set.

I don't know where you can get the originals or how much they might cost, but the Astro rings are an excellent alternative for a driver.

Which style do you need? 1in or 3inch? 15x7 or 15x8?

There's a guy that hits all the swap meets around here. He has take offs and repops for a decent price.

I think it was Bruthaman that found some on e-bay for his truck. Don't remember what the cost was though.

Re: Trim rings for rally's

I have three 3 inch ones that I have absolutely no need for. They look to be originals. I knew they were GM but didn't know until now that they are for the rallies. They're up for grabs if someone wants them. I have no idea what rim size they fit though.
