Re: You gotta drive it all out!!

Nice video!!

If I break something, I can fix it!! Why build something if you not going to drive it like you stole it! My truck is a street truck and tire killer. Anything else is uncivilized!

Re: You gotta drive it all out!!

that was one of the best 73-91 youtube videos I have seen yet and I've seen just about all of them (literally). don't let all these guys that can't handle the term "balls out" that think their pussy thing they call a truck (shortbed 1cm off the ground with rubberbands as tires with perfect little paint jobs so it can sit on the pavement for people to ooooh and aahhh over) tell you that that wasn't some serious driving with a badass truck

sad to see those are the kind of responses you get on a forum like this. and it wasn't even your video to boot... you were just trying to share the 4x4 mood it put you in on a forum loaded with people that love these trucks specifically

and one more thing: like you, my daily driver and only vehicle is the very same truck that i use for my versions of that video. that doesn't mean i don't love it to death and don't take just as good care of it

That's the way I feel about it.

A friend bought a very nice 68 Corvette with a stout 383 and Richmond 6-speed almost three years ago. The original 327/4-speed are sitting in his shop but the 383 is out now for the third rebuild of the bottom end. He drives it like he stole it.

If it's a toy, it's meant to be played with!

Re: You gotta drive it all out!!

I tried to leave the thread open, really I did. With my good intentions, I only managed to prolong the pain.

I quoted some members to make a point, but I also requested that "everyone" post nicely.

Since that request was ignored, the thread is dead.
