fuel cell

Here is a fuel cell that I got to put in my 66 c10. Well that truck is getting put back together to sell, I am not going to finish it. I got $150 in it and that is what I would like to get $170 shipped. It is a summit brand alum tank that has been powder coated black. It is in good shap just has been sitting in my garage for a bit so it needs to be cleaned up. Its a little dirty in the pics but it will clean up great. If you have any question just let me know. The dimentions of the tank are as follows. 10 inches tall, 18 1/4 inches long and 20 1/4 wide. According to Summit has it listed as a 15 gal tank.

Re: fuel cell

What years will this fit? Do you have the Summit part #? Also does it have a 0-90 ohm sender?

Re: fuel cell

Yes its a 90 ohm unit. It came out of a 68 c10 and I was going to use it for a 66 c10. It fits between the rear frame rails, you just have to make mounting tabs. The tank has tabs on each corner, just have to mount it to the frame. Here is the link to the summit page of it. It goes for $250 plus the shipping, total just shy of $300. Thanks

Re: fuel cell

Let me measure my frame to see how it will mount up. It's a bit out of my budget but i'll let you know. Did you just have a hole in the bed?
