Got A Question
what is the difference between winston cup racing and bush series ? are the cars basically the same? do drivers race in both events?
i know my drag racing, but not the roundy round racing |

Busch is basically for the younger guys just getting into the sport (that's how I see it) and Winston Cup is for the guys that have more experience. Some race in both series like Dale Jr. (not all the races just some) and others like Michael Waltrip race all the races. The Busch motors are less powerful but I don't know by how much. The cars look the same except for the motors.

Busch cars also have a shorter wheel base than WC cars too.

Busch cars have a smaller wheelbase(105" Cup 110"), smaller carb (390 cfm, Cup 750 cfm), and roller cams. Other than that they are pretty close body and aero-wise

Also, Busch cars are weigh 200 lbs less than Winston Cup cars.
