i doubt that mr brown is the one selling it so the way i count it's not a "one owner truck"
repaint for sure seat and mat not original . if that thing spent it's hole life in florida i'd expect a few gallons of bondo are the base

If it is all original, this would be a great candidate for a frame off restoration. The money you could save in bodywork would probably about pay for the truck. I would do a restomod with it though, only because it is such a low option truck. Very nice truck! My .02

I would say the bronze paint is original from the factory, and truck was probably garaged since new. It is the white paint on bumper and hubcaps that are not original.These painted parts get alot of road pebbles, rock chips etc. and are commonly repainted on base models.

I believe it's probably had a camper top on the bed most the time too from the wear across the tailgate. I agree the seat's been redone and the bumpers and hubcaps, but then I've never seen anything with original white on these trucks that was't rust stained. Super looking truck though, I'd love to have one that original. Only thing I'd condsider changing would be to put on some aftermarket wheels, probably some period correct slots!
