383 swapp to 454!! opinions??

hey guys this weekend i am hopefully gonna be getting a 1996 vortec 454 10000km all stock except intake, 4 inch breather, demon 800cfm carb and longtube headers. im only picking it up for 2thousand!!!!! in ontario thats a steal! anyways its already been converted to carb so no fuel injection crap and its a bolt and go motor. i have the 4 core rad so i should be fine for keeping it cold and my turbo 350 tranny should fit . i already have motor mounts. so besides exhaust and an electric fuel pump can you guys see anything else i should or gonna have to do?? or any cheap ideas besides a cam to wake it up? exhaust layout ideas are good thoughts.

If it were me I would keep the fuel injection.
