Nice beater ya got there.

Saturday I worked inside the house doing honey-do's. Sunday the weather was perfect so I washed our drivers, did pool maintainence, and swept out the garage.

Went to a late lunch with the family and called it a day...

Re: What did you get done 1/24/10 edition

Got the 6.0/4l80 sitting in the truck. Painted all the brackets and accessories so they look presentable. Will be removing the 6.0/4l80 this weekend to pressure wash and paint chassis so I can sit that bad boy in for the last time. Took measurements for my wifes deck, 18x30, need to get that built so I can start building my shop.

Re: What did you get done 1/24/10 edition

well i hooked a jumper wire to my A/C compressor clutch and it works the original owner said it started to smoke so he cut the belt.

going to change the seals and hoses. already evacuated the system of old R12 and oil and going to let my step dad flush the system.

new rl34a and oil is on the way its the old r4 type compressor but why would the compressor start to smoke? he said it seized up but it isn't now but it hasn't worked since 1981.

is his memory bad?

The tailgate looks good Ceeten. Where is that cover from?

Got fired Friday. I got the truck out and drove it with my wife and our son Saturday while our daughter was at my in-laws. Spent Sunday helping get another board member started blocking his Blazer to get it ready to paint.
