Re: Whoa!

Exactly this I believe is a 63 Tilt cab.Should be able to come across one cheap there not popular. Also thought of fender skirts front and back. I don't do photochop but would like to see what it would look like. Lay frame of course

Dosen't look as nice fleetside

You need two tools in life: duct tape and WD-40. If it moves and it shouldn't, you use duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, you use WD-40.

Re: Whoa!

Well the guy on c10forum said it's a real truck that he saw out for a drive. He also said that he's trying to buy it from the owner. He said it was for sale.

Are you talking about the one in the original post? If so, it must be a different truck, cause the one in the original post is 100%, no doubt a photochop, and not a very well executed one at that. Unless someone actually went through with it, which would be awesome.

Re: Whoa!

Yup I'm talking about the first pic. I looked back to the other board and the guy said he was out for a drive. How do you know it's a photoshop?

I tried to look for any tell tale signs of a photshop job (the typical mistakes people make) but cant find any. The only thing I noticed is the shadow under the front bumper is a little sketchy, looks like a history brush was used but I cannot be sure. Technically if it is photoshopped, the guy did a great job, the shadows match, the highlights match and the colr balance is perfect.

About the door though, there would only be one hinge being used (notice the offset around the wheel) so I am not sure how that would work.

Just my 2 cents. (I am refering to the yellow one)

Re: Whoa!

The grille looks blended/smudged and the rollpan looks fake. Seems like at least the rear wheel should have more shadow based on the angle of the sun. Pretty good job otherwise.

The dead giveaway is the background... it's been clone stamped like crazy. Then the grill area, hood area, rollpan, the bed rail also give clues of manipulation. Shadows and reflections don't match in a few areas. Overall, not bad though.

Oh, almost forgot this...
