spring kits?

what would y'all recommend as far as spring kits for drum brakes go? I'm replacing pretty much everything on my '68.

Re: spring kits?

I bought the spring set and the left and right self-adjuster sets from classic parts. There's a few pieces missing, like the wavy washer and the parking break strut-bar spring. The strut-bar spring can be obtained from NAPA, part number 80744. I just reused my wavy washer.

This was for the rear drums on mine. I am not sure about front drums as I don't have them.
One spring set is good for both sides, and there is a separate left and right self-adjuster set.

hat tip to "big-blue" for the info on the NAPA part

Re: spring kits?

discs cost $$$, and I kinda like having drums all the way around, it's kinda unique in today's world.
