Did you email to a particular person or just customer service in general? Emails can disappear with a point and click. A phone call to the customer service manager is a more direct method. Since SportTruck Direct is just the vendor, he'll probably give you a name of a person at Western Chassis to talk to. I don't think they sell singles, since they buy from Western Chassis in pairs.

Phone call is best bet.
I get better results calling, but I usually ask for someone higher than the people answering phones. Usually Supervisor, Manager etc................

I have emailed them twice with questions about their lowering kits. I have never received a reply either time.
It really should not be an issue of how hard to ignore, telephone vs. email. If a company wants my money, they ought to try to treat me right. Putting an email address on your site, but not responding to emails from people who want to send you their money is just throwing money away. Slonaker |

Sporttruck Direct is not at the top of my list anymore. I've bought several things from them, but not anymore. All my business for lowering stuff goes to Performance Suspension Components. They sell the same stuff, and same price. They will actually answer emails. And they will go out of their way to help you on the phone.
Slonaker, I agree with you. If you are going to get my hard earned dollar, you better go out of your way to get it. Customer satisfaction shouldn't be an option. After all, we are what's keeping them in business, not them making us money. Forums like this one will make or break a company too. Word of mouth advertising is the best you can get.

yeah....like they said....and dont yell at them and lose your temper and pull your trademark STFU!! haha
Seriously....be calm and collected and have your info out in front of you ready to answer any question they throw at you. Be kind and considerate and you would be amazed at where it will get you.

I have not delt with them and never will thanks to you guys.
I hate a company who can not even respond to emails. Something like this just goes to show you that they are either unorganized or unprofessional. Either way it is not someone I want to do business with. Performance Suspension Components is only 10-15 minutes away from my house. I have been in there once for some sway bar brackets and bushings. I called at lunchtime and picked them up after work. I walked in the door and they had the parts ready for me. All I had to do was say my name and hand the cash. All the parts were right, as we discussed on the phone. Some of the guys working there were young, but they knew what they were talking about and I had no problems at all. I would definitely buy from them again.
