Arlington Swap Meet?
Hey guys, did the swap meet in June at the ballpark in Arlington get cancelled? Someone just told me that they were at the meet at the Texas Motor Speedway yesterday and saw signs all over the place saying it was cancelled. They said the owners of the ballpark had a hissy about people staying overnight in the parking lot or some crap. True or BS??

I've heard the same thing. Dean Earhardt, the promoter, is trying to find another spot to get the swap meet back on.

B - Count me in!! I'm not sure I can bring the truck, but I'll try. Money has been a little tight lately and we all know how these things drink gas. I've moved out to Burk since I saw you last, but it shouldn't be too hard to get down there. Let me know what I can bring.

I miss Burk. I loved working there but the pay sucked. Like Scott mentioned just bring something to cook on the grill we are using out there for you and anyone else coming along with any non-alcoholic drinks. It's easy to get to for sure.

Hey Brandon, will you email me the directions on how to get to the meet? Do I need to go through and sign up on the website too? I was about to but thought I would check real quick.

Go ahead and sign up just to let them get an idea on what to expect people amount wise. PM me with your email and I'll send you directions. It's really easy to get to the turn off you need but from there it gets kind of confusing.
