What gas tanks that will fit our truck?

what gas tanks will fit under the bed of a 68 LWB other than fuel cells and blazer/suburban tanks?

stock 76 chevy van tank. its 22 gallons. you need to do some moving of the crossmembers, but if the bed is off the frame its cake and appears stock when complete. you dont even need to notch your bed cross sills

OK you've peaked my interest. What cross members do you have to move? Does this go for a LWB frame? Thing is, I know where I can get a van tank for next to nothing, so this could be another option for me. Cnut

Not trying to hi-jack the thread but, was that just a simple drop in project? Mine is an LWB, would it be easier than texasbigblocks '69 camaro tank do you know? I've been leaning toward the camaro gas tank but if that fuel cell is pretty much drop in and strap up that's my route.

I think that is the case on both. Mine was VERY easy to install and comes with the sending unit. Look at page 16 in my build thread and you can see how it is done.
