couple of swap questions.. any help ?

ive got a 68 burb ive started working on, its missing the 2nd row seat and was thinking about putting a 3rd row in.
went to 1 of the local pick yards today and found several mid-late 80's suburbans there all complete so questions are...

1. will the 80/20 back seat fit ? they are the ones the have brackets on the bottom and side for them to flip foward and lay flat.
2. would the 3rd row work ?
3. also these burbs had the roof rack.. would/could it fit with no or minor mods or not at all ?

they wanted 40 for the rack and 45-50 for ea seat
should i ? what would be involved in making them fit ?
any info u guys would have would be greatly helpfull.

the 2nd seat will bolt in you can drill holes in the floor and through bolt them i used a piece of 1/8 plate about 2x2 under the floor for washers the seat latch for the back of the seat you will need to weld some plate in the side panels to bolt them to get every thing that goes with the seats including the seat belts brackets and shimes
