new guy from Tucson

Hi. First timer. I have a 72 C10 short bed that's been in my family since new. Has the old 6 cyl in it that is now dead. Getting ready to swap it out with a 350 and could use all the advise I can get. I'm not a mechanic, but am willing to learn. Looking forward to making my grand dad's old truck into a nice running machine.

Welcome to the board! Cool what you have planned for your grandpas truck. Mine has no sentimental value other than owning it for a long time. I figured that when I fall in love it will be forever. So far so good.
