Blazer bucket seat question
Mine aren't factory and are just a little too tall - the passenger side seat hits the headliner and it won't fold forward out of the way for rear seat access.
I know I could measure and make something work, but I'd like factory bucket seats. My question is are the Blazer and Suburban bucket seats the same or do I have to shop for Blazer seats? Forgot to mention, hi-back seats. Thanks. |

Re: Blazer bucket seat question
The Blazer and Sub buckets are different. The Suburban seats recline (I think the later Blazer ones from '86 or so do as well) and have armrests. The seat fabric will be different on the later ones also, if it's cloth.

Re: Blazer bucket seat question
I knew some of them had armrests, don't want those. Recline would be nice but not necessary. Would the 'Burb seats otherwise bolt up to the Blazer bases? I guess getting the passenger side to work correctly is the most important issue.
Thanks. |

Re: Blazer bucket seat question
I put some 88 Burb seats in my 75. I had to drill a couple of holes in the seat frame to match the tracks, but they worked fine.
