ART upper control arm shafts

On my ART upper control arm shafts where the bolts go through, on one side of the shaft it is flat and on the other side it is concave. Am I missing a convex washer or something that will sit flush against the shaft? If not, i'm thinking about grinding it down flat, but I really don't want to do that if i don't have to.

The earlier ART upper shafts were convex on the one side, just like the factory style (I actually think that they were a factory replacement part until they started machining their own). They are now flat on both sides. Since you're running a DM, I wouldn't think twice about grinding it flat.
