Truck bed with storage

The last two months I got some work done on the bed. I always wanted a bed that would hide my battery, toolbox and my chairs when I go to a show but also my friends and family like to ride in back at shows. I used hard maple with seven coat of poly sanded and compounded and turned out looking like a sheet of glass. This truck has a soft cover on it so I added the lights so I could see inside at night when loading up my junk. I added the padded vinyl trim to blend with the interior to break up all the maple. Still a little more trim work to do and wrap wiring but this is how it looks for now.

Question Re: Truck bed with storage

That looks great, did you cut the plywood into strips on the floor or just bolt the stainless strips to the plywood??
