Re: LMC Window Division W/Felt

You need to drill holes in the division bar from LMC. I use the insert style from www.classicparts.com After cleaning out the old stuff, the new one friction-fits into the division bar channel of the vent window assembly.

After the way they answered your question, I would send them back for a refund and order the insert style. They are excellent quality and fit very nice...they are almost impossible to remove without destroying them, so they stay put very well.

No worries and best of luck. I have the luxury of seeing these things, in person, since my shop sits in the middle of the '60-'66 Chevy/GMC truck parts triangle...20 minutes in each direction from LMC Truck, Classic Parts and Jim Carter...luck me.

you should create a list that could be a sticky, " the best repro parts" and where to get them.
floors ,rubber , felts , ect....
I am sure each company has thier winners and losers.
