Got Luckey With A cameo bed
found out that my truck was a cameo. when i bought it didnt have a title but it had plates so i went to the DMV to see who was the last registered owner. I got the address so i went to see if he was still around. when i got there a old man was standing out side and i asked him if he was the person i was looking for. He said yes that he will help me get the title and he said he wanted to show me somthing in the back yard. When i walked into the gate there it was the original bed sitting there he said that i could have it. what luck huh any way need some parts for it anybody know who sales cameo parts. Thanks I will post some pics as soon as i pick it up

Re: Got Luckey With A cameo bed
There was a thread a couple of weeks ago about the aftermarket Cameo guy going out of business. I think there was some discussion about who still had parts. The factory assembly manual has a detailed section on the assembly and all the little pieces that go into the Cameo Bed.

Re: Got Luckey With A cameo bed
Very cool story. You better bring that guy a 6 pack, or whatever his vice is, the next time you go over there.
