bought this sweet old truck wanted to know the fine details about it before i sell it. 1972 chevy c20 with factory 402. was white and blue striped and seats have been recovered. how do you know if it was a highlander?

Look at the spid on the inside of the glove box door.

The spid should say Custom trim combination or Special promotion 167110

Highlanders were Custom Deluxes, two tone with upper and lower trim, and parchment interiors, just looking at your pics, I'm saying it's not.

The Highlanders had parchment door panels and sunvisors, and black carpet, dashpads, columns and steering wheels.
Can't go wrong with a big block and tach though.

My Highlander came with Dark Olive carpet that matched the rest of the truck. They all had color coordinated plaid inserts in the seats. I thought air conditioning was one of the items on the Highlander package.

No, AC is a separate option, I had a non-AC Highlander.
