Big Block Parts ID Quiz part II

Hi all,

Part one is here http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=390755

I would like to properly ID each item. Some of this is captain obvious stuff however I just want to make certain as to what I have.

The pictures are labeled A through S.

All parts come from either:

1972 C10 402
1991 Suburban 454
2006 ZZ454

Thanks for your help

Re: Big Block Parts ID Quiz part II

This looks like most of your serpentine brackets for the 1991.

What is the purpose of this question?

It doesn't make much sense.

Is it so you can show what you have for sale without - paying to advertise and saying - hey I would like to sell this stuff.

Some of the stuff is clearly marked on the outside.

the top picture has a alternator / generator bracket that goes from the block to the top mount of the alternator.

The old stuff will look old and the new stuff will be cast and newer looking.

Monte,

You will notice he is a site supporter so he COULD post this stuff for sale if he wanted. Sounds to me like he has a basket case and is trying to get his stuff sorted out.

Have some coffee and cheer up a lil, its Sunday!

Re: Big Block Parts ID Quiz part II

The purpose is simply to have the specific names of the parts, (lettered H-S) so that when I do decide to sell them I can accurately describe what I am selling.

Thanks

Re: Big Block Parts ID Quiz part II

It is good to figure out you have.

My son and I need to do the same thing with all the stuff we have scattered here and there between our shops.

He wants to get rid of the stuff he doesn't need to make room in his shop so I take it. Then some day we end up needing it so I take it back to his shop.

Since we do most of the work on these old trucks in his shop it works out pretty good. He lives in town and I live on a farm so I have more room to store stuff than he does.
