saw these online and thought they were neat. NOT MY AD. If i had 8lugs I would grab em but thought some of you might be looking for them from reading the various wheel posts
http://providence.craigslist.org/pts/1600590035.html This is not a want to buy whats it worth or for sale post. Just a cool set of wheels i found while searching.

Re: slotted mag 16.5's
All 16.5"s are like that, they have a tapered seat w/o the bead. They are indeed more likely to pop off when aired-down, but you really shouldn't be doing that to them. 16.5" tires are generally heavier load rated than a similar sized 15", and they were intended to run at higher pressure. They were older technology that was phased out in favor of 16" in the radial tire era.

For a 2x4 about the only thing left are some 8.00 or 9.50 x 16.5. For the 4x4's you can bump to 33's or bigger and they are found easily.

Re: slotted mag 16.5's
I like slots on a 3/4t 2wd.I ran 8.25"wheels with 9.50s on front and 12.50s on 9.75s on the rear. Both sizes are very available.
I never messed with tire pressure in all my wheelin`for all those years.I ran the beach to the bogs,no problem. You don`t go get classic wheels to go tear up anyway. They were made when people had more sense than to drive over rocks.
