Anyone here ever added a cargo light?
I bought one for my truck cause well, I think they look cool. Guess i'll have to get measurments for the hole off a salvage yard truck. What I was thinking though, was instead of using the cargolight switch, was splicing into the dome light wiring so it will also work the cargo light, any input?

it actually does work off the cargo light, with a switch to turn it off seperatly. Cool feature as it does put out a bunch of light

Re: Anyone here ever added a cargo light?
I've added one to a truck before, I did what you're considering, I made a template from a truck at a junkyard, looked factory. They are pretty nice to have.

Re: Anyone here ever added a cargo light?
I need to have that FAQ write up removed. Don't bother with what I did. When i hooked it up it was so pathetic it turned out to be a total waste of time.
