I am sold on #3 - much faster. Take a cutoff disc on your angle grinder and cut a cross into the head of the rivet - take it down deep enough that you break through the head. Then use a good quality cold chisel to cleave off the head. Then a quick cleanup grind to make sure no rivet head is left. Then drive the rivet body through with a punch that is about the same dia. |

update
i got the cab off the donor truck which made it alot easier to remove the rear axel/trailing arms ect... heres some pics of todays work now i have to start working on the 4x4 frame, where to start lol |

ok i finally removed both suspesion off of both trucks now for the hard part combining them into one
but yeaha i read some where that trailing arms on the short and long beds are the same length i was just wondering if someone could confirm this for me |

so i started to mount the center cross member where the trailing arms are attached too, someone told me that i can use one of the pre existent holes and drill the rest, im just wondering which hole will that be, can someone confirm this for me
