GM Super Show Holly Springs MS April 16-18
There's a new event called the 'GM Super Show' that will make an appearence in nearby Holly Springs MS April 16-18. This is the traditional date of the Memphis Super Chevy event, and Roger Gustin (former promoter of the Super Chevy events) is behind the GM Super Show so it has great potential. Since Memphis Motorsports Park is now closed, this will be our best chance to enjoy our Chevys with a customary mid-April "open season" weekend. Check the Holly Springs Drag Strip web site for updated information.

Going to try to make it down for that one. Do you know if they will have a swap meet or car corral. I'm having a meet here at my place in Big Sandy, Tn April 10th. Hope you can make it up for it.

The flyer says Gm Super Show, all GM powered or bodied drag race, car show, midway, swap meet, nitro coupes, jet car and wheelstanders. I would guess there would a car corral since the they have a swap meet, although it's not on the flyer.

I'll be there! My wife and I have been to the Memphis Super Chevy show for the past 9 years. I was disappointed to hear that Memphis Motorsports Park sold, but hopefully this will be a new tradition.

I think I am going to try and make this. Anybody with experience at this track know of a decent hotel nearby? Also, anyone know the admission fee?
