Ok calling out for some help

I am in great need of some sound advise regarding exhaust manifolds for my 283. I am looking into these but would like to know if anyone has used these before on our trucks. I am worried about steering linkage and clearance issues.
I have a 67,68 with a 283 V8 and World heads. My truck is on air and will set kinda low so I am wanting to stay away from long tube headers so they wont drag or get hit with anything.
I am also considering stock Rams if anyone has any for sale.

Thanks for any help.

I prefer the 2.5" corvette small block center dump ram horns, repros can be had for like $125 per side.
