any source for a/c electrical schematic for a 84 ? Not in my Chiltons . Thanks in advance .

autozone.com has wiring diagrams, too. I think they may be out of the Chilton's, though. Amazingly, the wiring (and vacuum, too) did not vary a whole lot over the course of these trucks being built.

Autozone site doesn't show it because of safety. Believe my rotary switch is toast, but would like to verify before buying a new one. No voltage to compressor or the pressure switch

You should be able to test that one with a test light or multimeter, Just check for power going in and power coming out while switching the different functions/positions.....
