Finally found an air setup.

I have been searching for a cool, slightly bit different air filter set up. I really like the looks of this setup but wanted to get insight/thoughts. I have only seen them on cars with blowers. Being i have a cowl hood it will fit nice and be a little different...

Whatcha guys think?

Re: Finally found an air setup.

Um, well Del, since you asked...I think those only look good if they are on a blower or possibly a dual quad tunnel ram. And the caddy air cleaner shown doesn't really match the style of your ride.

I think a matching valve cover air cleaner combo of some sort would look better...but of course this is just my opinion. Lots of people dont care for the stuff I come up with LOL.

Re: Finally found an air setup.

I personally don't care much for it myself. I actually think they look out of proportion on a single carb. They look better on blowers or dual-quad tunnel rams. I don't want to tell you what you should or shouldn't do with your truck, because, it is YOUR truck. You asked for thoughts, though, and that's mine.
