Un needed parts: Manual steering gear, Sway bar brackets, & 6 lug 15x6 wheel
Here's a couple of things that I'm not going to use, so I thought I would see if anybody needs/wants them.
The manual steering gear came off of my 67, has 77k miles on it, and seems to be very tight. I'll take $15. Sold The wheel is 15x6 and has a backspacing of 3 3/4" (it was an oddball in some that I picked up to swap out for my drum wheels. I'll take $10. The sway bar brackets came with a bar that was pulled at a local yard. I'm going to put the shorter ones on for future lowering, so I'm not going to use them. You will notice that the one on the right has been broken and welded at some point. I'll take $5. Sold

I want the steering box but you would have to ship to NH. It might fit in a standard rate large size box for $15. The box is over 12x12x5. If it will fit diagonal I would buy it. The pitman arm aint needed either.

What was the standard back spacing on a 1968 C/10 Wheel
I need a spare but I want it to match the other 4. |

I'm not sure. I picked up 4 that looked alike in order to prepare for disc brake conversion on my 67, but found that this one has 3 3/4 backspacing. The other 3 have 3 1/2 backspacing. Just let me know.

Re: Un needed parts: Manual steering gear, Sway bar brackets, & 6 lug 15x6 wheel
I am still considering buying this steering gear if it has not been spoken for. I dont want to high jack the thread and change topics but I need to know:
Do you know if the stud that sticks out of the pitman arm is supposed to turn or pivot? Mine doesnot-?? One end of the pitman arm has a splined hole while the other end has a stud. Is this stud fixed or should it turn rotate?

The center link is really what moves when the pitman arm turns with steering.

Put me down as next-in-line behind Tod if that does not work out for the steering box...if you are going to the Gathering or something down here I can pick it up but I do NOT want to jump in front of someone who's asked first.

Re: Un needed parts: Manual steering gear, Sway bar brackets, & 6 lug 15x6 wheel
Anybody need this wheel? I'll keep it for a little while longer, but it will most likely get tossed for scrap soon if nobody wants it. Hate to do that, but I just don't want the clutter.
