New Old Truck from Raleigh NC

I'd like to introduce myself and my truck. I'm Josh from Raleigh NC and this is my new old truck. She's a 1982 C10 Scottsdale with a 305 and a TH350.

I bought her in December 2009 in Hillsborough NC, but she was originally sold new in Raleigh and still has the dealer plaque on the tail gate. She has ~193000 miles and is my daily driver.

She's got air and cruise, but neither work currently. It does appear that the ESC is still working. In the last three months I've replaced the battery, alternator, shocks, tires, lights, filters, distributor cap, wires, plugs and vacuum hoses. I've bypassed the broken fuel tank selector valve to just use one tank. I've tried to adjust the carb (original quadrajet) and valve rockers. The carb has the choke and secondaries disconnected. I've also removed the broken EGR valve and blocked it off.

I don't have much experience working on cars, but I'm learning quickly out of necessity!
